Our Brand-New Luxury Community San Ramon Apartment Community is looking for an experienced Sr. Community Manager. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of a 185 unit property.
Responsibilities include achieving the financial and operational goals established for these communities. Accountable for ensuring the optimum operational and financial performance of each community, including personnel, leasing, collections, resident services and events, maintenance, revenue enhancing, and other capital improvements, contracted services, reporting, and safety and compliance with all state, federal and/or local laws including those related to fair housing and employment.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in managing communities with 250+ units.Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills.Effective problem solving, written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of area multifamily market and affordable housingThorough knowledge and understanding of financial reporting, preparation of annual budgets and vendor contracts.Knowledge of advanced sales, marketing, and apartment management.Prior experience in new construction and lease up preferred.YARDI, ADP, and Microsoft Office.Knowledge in Revenue Management software experience preferred.High level of organizational and time management skillsOn-site residency and current California Department of Real Estate License are required.
