LHH is working with a full-service law firm to find a
full-time Litigation Paralegal
with a minimum of
4 years of experience
in
Superior Court and/or Federal Court .Responsibilities:Draft pleadings and documents for attorney review, including complaints, answers, motions, and discovery.Assist with motion preparation, including summary judgment motions, deposition cite checking, and exhibit assembly.eFile documents in compliance with state and federal court rules.Stay familiar with local court procedures and rules.Manage discovery processes, track document production, and preserve privileged documents.Coordinate docketing, scheduling, and filing court documents.Prepare key document notebooks, chronologies, deposition notebooks, and exhibit lists.Benefits:Comprehensive benefits package: 401(k), medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 2 weeks paid vacation, 10 paid holidays, and a Costco membership.Free parkingPay Details:
