LHH is seeking a highly organized

Family Law Paralegal

to assist our client. The ideal candiate will have experience working on high asset family law cases in Clark County.

Location:

Vancouver, WA - hybrid -3 days in office, 2 days remotePay:

$65,000-$93,500 DOEKey Responsibilities:

Support attorneys with case management for 80-100 high-conflict, high-asset family law cases.Draft legal documents, including discovery motions, affidavits, and briefs.Prepare for and assist in trial preparation including assembling exhibits and trial binders.Manage discovery processes, including document tracking and review.Conduct client interviews and gather relevant case information.Perform legal research and investigative work for complex family law cases.Keep attorneys informed of court deadlines and monitor legal fees.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience

in family law, specifically with high-conflict, high-asset cases.Experience with

trial preparation

and court filings.Strong understanding of

Washington State family law , especially in

Clark County .Proficiency with

Microsoft Office , G-Suite, and familiarity with

Centerbase

(preferred).Excellent organizational, communication, and research skills.Billable Hour Requirement:125 billable hours per monthBenefits:Health/Dental/Vision Insurance:

100% coverage for employees,

50% for dependents.401(k) Plan:

3% match for the first 3% of salary, 50% match up to 5%.Paid Time Off:

3 weeks of PTO + paid holidays (Christmas, New Years, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day).Paid ParkingPay Details:

$65,000.00 to $93,500.00 per year
