Centennial Gastroenterology Associates has two physicians and one physician assistant. The program would be fully staffed with 5 Physician FTEs and one PA. 1 FTE is defined as 20 shifts per month. Centennial Gastroenterology provides a full range of general gastroenterology services. We do not currently offer EUS or ERCP. The clinic is within one mile of the hospital. Due to continuity of care concerns, an ideal candidate will provide a minimum of 10 shifts per month.

Details:July start, the ideal candidate will provide 10 shifts per month minimum8a-4:30p - 1-2 clinic days per week.Optional 24 hour call 7a-7aWe are willing to start a provider as soon as possible with confirmed dates for up to 6 months.Will not accept weekend only candidates.Setting: Rural GI practice. Only GI practice within 70 miles.Duties: Full range of gastroenterology services.Required Procedures: Colonoscopy and Upper Endoscopy, no ERCP or EUSEMR: Meditech with patient keeper in hospital and surgery center with Epic in outpatient clinic.Support Staff: 3 Receptionists, Surgery Scheduler, 4 Medical Assistants, Practice Manager.Reason for coverage: Backlogged group, difficult recruiting to fill position, prevent out-migration of patients.Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days.Additional Details / Questions Answered by Facility:0-2 consults per day while on call.14-16 patients per day in office.10-12 patients in outpatient surgery department.Avg patient age 60-70 yrs old.Most common diagnoses: Dysphagia, GERD, Rectal Bleeding, Cirrhosis, Barrett's esophagus, Screening for malignancy.Travel Preferences (Must follow CS Guidelines:Preferred Lodging: Preferred Hotels (will obtain from client)Air Travel: Will accept air travelRates to Submit:Orientation (half the hourly rate) - "per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"Hourly Rate - "Per hour, no OT"24 hour call (Must include 4 hours gratis) - "Per 24 hours to hold the pager to include 4 hours gratis"Call back (must match hourly rate) - "per hour of patient contact after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms"Holiday rates (1.5x the regular rate)PLEASE REFER TO THE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT FOR NAME CLEAR AND PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS!

Strict adherence to these guidelines will allow for the fastest path to getting your providers accepted. To process the best presentations, Account Coordinators and Account Managers will kickback presentations that do not include the information below (if it has not been discussed already). If you are unable to include something in the presentation, detail why and the plan to get it sent over. Account Managers and Account Coordinators will take this into account as they review the presentation, though they still reserve the right to redirect it back to the vendor if they deem it necessary.
