Apply now for the position of Supply Planner , and you will join our Siemens Ultrasound team based in Issaquah, WA. This role will directly support the Sequoia and Origin product lines of Siemens Ultrasound. Reporting to the Senior Director of Global Planning and Procurement, you will be responsible for supply chain planning and material readiness in support of the Issaquah factory and global S&OP process. This is full-time onsite position based in our Issaquah, WA office . Your Role: * Lead supply chain planning for the M1 systems (Sequoia, Origin, SC2000) ensuring seamless coordination from order processing to delivery to provide an exceptional customer experience. * Manage monthly MRP demand load for the Issaquah system factory and serve as the key SCM contact for your responsible product line supporting the Global S&OP Process. * Perform tactical material planning with internal and external stakeholders, including operations, procurement, warehouse management, and order management to ensure material availability and production readiness. * Clearly identify and communicate supply risks and issues, while driving mitigation actions and escalations as needed. * Confirm SAP master data settings are accurate to enable reliable planning, scheduling, and purchasing to meet customer commitments. * This includes a deep understanding and involvement in NPI, LTB, and EoL processes. Your Expertise: * Fundamental knowledge and working experience in supply chain planning, including industry best practices of Demand & Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, and Distribution & Inventory Planning. * Practical experience and hands-on responsibility utilizing data analytics, AI, or other tools to simplify and optimize planning models and work processes. * Possess extensive knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and SAP or related MRP/ERP systems. * Work with our latest products, necessitating your willingness to broaden your technical knowledge and learn about new software and hardware solutions. * Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, showcasing your customer focused orientation, capable of influencing and collaborating across all levels of the organization. Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position: * Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required, and a master's degree is preferred. * Minimum of 6 - 8 years of leadership experience in supply chain planning, procurement, or related function within a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in the medical device or technology sector. * Professional Supply Chain certifications are desired, e.g., CPIM, CSCP, etc. * Great judgment and confidence in resolving matters requiring management attention and/or escalation. * Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
