Network Health is seeking a Manager Learning and Organizational Development. This individual leads the learning and development center of excellence for Network Health. This role will develop actions to diagnose, design and deliver solutions that include, but are not limited to, leadership and management development, succession planning process and tools, organizational design projects, behavioral assessments (e.g., Clifton Strengths, MBTI, etc.) and organizational change support. Manages the efforts that focus on improving the organization's capability through the alignment of strategy, structure, people, rewards, metrics, and management processes. Oversees the application of tools, methods, frameworks, technologies, and processes to make the organization and its people more productive, innovative, and profitable. Job Responsibilities: Organizational Development: Develop, implement and execute the organizational development strategy in partnership with HR leaders that is measurable, adaptable and relevant to the current business needs. Assess and evaluate organizational need for programs and initiatives such as team building and group process approaches, coaching, organizational transformation, culture change, leadership development, restructuring, employee engagement, performance management, and/or succession planning. Lead the design, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and strategies tailored to meet goals. Uphold accountability for continuous improvement and ensure that organizational development initiatives align with business strategy and objectives. Responsible for succession planning tools and process, partnering with human resources and leaders to successfully execute Network Health's succession planning program. Determine readiness and upskilling of current staff to minimalize skills gap for transition planning. Support talent development plans to support successors development. Support human resources and leadership in identifying where coaching is needed to advance individual performance and help identify appropriate internal and/or external resources, as necessary.

Learning: Develop and implement learning strategies and programs that are aligned with the organization's objectives and culture. This includes but not limited to leadership development, employee development, change management or training courses aligned with business needs and career pathing. Expert in learning strategies, tools, and methods, advising the organization and human resources on appropriate approaches to meet business needs. Create and execute on learning approaches and strategies that may include working with outside vendors or developing internal training courses. Identify learning and development needs of teams and individuals through collaboration with leadership. Lead development and track the effectiveness of learning content, materials and delivery method ensuring successful outcomes. Coach employees and leadership on competency development. Utilize assessment tools when appropriate to determine areas of focus. Strategically collaborate with leadership to understand their business functions needs to identify, develop and implement the appropriate strategies to meet those needs. Lead the learning and development team of employees. Ensure day to day delivery of learning programs to incorporate the culture, values, and the Network Health Way at the root of what is being presented at all levels of the organization. Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements: 3-5+ years in learning and/or organizational development position, ideally in a related industry. Experience with adult instructional and learning theory and principles. Expertise in organizational behavior.

At least two years in a leadership position in human resources, organizational development or learning function. Bachelor's degree in human resource management, psychology, education, organizational development or business
