Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability and collectabilityFully proficient with title laws and registration processMaintains proficiency and certifications as required for the positionAccurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals & ensures collection of all finance feesEnsures all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelinesPrepares paperwork, contracts, and delivers dealsAccurately audits team deals Post-Sale for correct title, loan information, taxes, etc.Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts, accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approvalEstablishes and maintains good working relationships with several finance sources, including the manufacturerConducts business in an ethical and professional mannerFinance Manager Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent experienceKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresLeadership abilities & outstanding customer service skillsProfessional personal appearance & punctualExcellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skillsFollows directions from supervisors & interacts effectively with coworkersUnderstands and follows posted dealership policies and procedures
