For more information, click here .Role reports to: Head of Global Technical DeliveryLocation: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.Travel: 20% Domestic and or International TravelPay: Anticipated base pay range of $111,000 to $192,050What you will doThe Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for executing key R&D projects and critical deliverables in partnership with the end-to-end R&D team to drive innovation with technical rigor, and execution excellence. This role will execute a defined work scope and support problem solving across key R&D technical deliverables. This role will coordinate across various R&D teams to drive collaboration and E2E visibility.This role will strategically deliver innovation and technical projects from start to completion with a deep understanding of our business, our consumers, and technical project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute the delivery of complex projects to support business objectives and prioritiesCollaborate with key stakeholders throughout the innovation process and identify barriers to executional excellenceEnsure day-to-day follow-ups from project discussions, including driving execution of project brief updates, developing project plans, milestones, and resourcing requirementsTrack and manage day-to-day project technical progress to ensure E2E visibility to key stakeholdersExecute identified work plans in partnership across R&D key stakeholdersSupport risk mitigation on key projects once identifiedLeverage data to evaluate project success against key metricsManage R&D project team meetings to ensure technical milestones are achievedManage technical resources and budget allocation for projectsWhat we are looking forRequired QualificationsMinimum Bachelor's degreeMinimum 6 years of business experience in managing or leading complex technical projectsR&D / Scientific experience AND OR Technical operations experienceExperience in working in cross-functional teamsExperience in the consumer goods industry or research and developmentStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsComfortable challenging the status quo to drive for better outcomesSkilled at driving difficult conversationsAbility to travel up to 20% Domestic and or InternationalDesired QualificationsTechnical Delivery R&D project experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationPrevious experience with agile methodologiesTechnical Delivery experience within Skin Health & Beauty, Self-Care, and or Essential HealthWhat's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $111,000 to $192,050 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.Competitive Total Rewards PackagePaid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!Learning & Development OpportunitiesEmployee Resource GroupsNote: Total Rewards at Kenvue include salary, bonus (if applicable) and benefits.
