In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of their fast-paced personal injury practice, driving daily operations and ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Salary Range:
$62,400 - $72,800 / year DOE
Legal Assistant Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant; personal injury law experience requiredStrong filing and calendaring skillsTech-savvy and proactive, with the ability to work independentlyExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience in plaintiff-side personal injury law preferredFamiliarity with FileVine or similar case management systems preferredMust work out of the Tacoma office 5x a week, 9am-5pm PSTResponsibilities:
File documents in federal and state courtsManage and schedule calendar appointments and remindersHandle phone calls and provide client updatesAssist paralegals with gathering informationConduct intakes and manage assigned tasksAdapt to various tasks as needed, without a fixed caseloadBenefits:
