Background:1+ years of CA experience in employment lawAppear at Court hearings for, among other things, Motion for Preliminary Approval, Motion for Final Approval, Status Conferences (after settlement), and Accounting Hearings after disbursementCommunicate with clients, and Settlement Administrators, and coordinate with staff who also communicate with the Settlement Administrator and review Class NoticesPrepare drafts of Wage and Hour Class Action and PAGA Action Settlement AgreementsDrafts of Motions for Final Approval, including client declaration, Proposed Order, Proposed Judgment, settlement administrator declaration, and Proof of ServiceBilingual is a plusBenefits:
Eight hour shift Monday to FridayExcellent benefits packageCompetitive Salary
