Are you a passionate Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellow (SLP) looking for an exceptional clinical fellowship experience? Ally Pediatric is looking for a dedicated Clinical Fellow with the commitment to provide neurodiverse affirming care in a multi-disciplinary setting.Ally Pediatric Speech Pathologists help children find their voice through autonomous communication, self-advocacy, and skills to build a self-determined quality of life. We have created a unique and integrated approach by combining the expertise of Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) with the expertise of Board Certified Behavior Analysists (BCBAs) in a neurodiverse affirming practice. Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders in childrenDevelop individualized care plans to address communication and feeding goalsImplement evidence-based therapy techniques to improve speech, language, feeding skillsCollaborate with a team of professionals, including behavior analysts, to create comprehensive and individualized care plansProvide one-on-one therapy sessionsMonitor progress and adjust care plans as neededDocument therapy sessions and maintain accurate recordsRequirementsMaster's degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist (TSLP)Experience or interest in working with autistic children and other communication needsPassionate about early intervention and serving children 18 months-12 yearsKnowledge and pursuit of evidence-based therapyInterest in evidenced-based feeding diagnosis and therapy techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skills including strong written communicationAbility to work effectively in a team environment and a collaborative modelBenefitsCF-SLP: $65,000-$70,000Career development and training opportunitiesMedical, dental, vision, STD, LTD & Life401k plan with company matchCompany paid holidaysPaid time off, paid sick timeProfessional development allowance
