Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to join our dynamic team. The SLP-CF will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to gain valuable clinical experience while providing comprehensive speech therapy services to patients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve communication and swallowing abilities.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care.Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on speech therapy techniques and strategies.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.Qualifications:
