to oversee, manage, and control the finances of technology infrastructure projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in IT infrastructure, proven experience in project management, and a solid understanding of project financial control. The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering various infrastructure projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities1.

Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of technology infrastructure projects from initiation to closure.2.

Partner with our Finance function to enhance the PMO Financial controls of the organization by implementing and maintaining robust financial management processes, procedures, and systems to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis for TSG.3.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones and deliverables.4.

Coordinate resources, including internal team members, external vendors, and contractors, to ensure timely project completion.5.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and proactively address any challenges that may arise during project execution.6.

Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management, project team members, and other relevant parties.7.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies, and continuously improve project management processes.8.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, engineering, and security, to ensure seamless integration of technology infrastructure projects with existing systems and processes.9.

Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders. Implement project financial control measures to ensure the project stays within budget.10.

Evaluate project outcomes and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of project delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.Professional Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on technology infrastructure projects.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure concepts, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Trello.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional project teams.Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working in an agile environment and familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.#LI-BR2For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $168,100.00 - $243,700.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
