Strategy Intern

Sensis DC is looking for an inquisitive, entrepreneurial intern to support our integrated marketing campaigns and open innovation programs. The position involves working with the Strategy & Research team, delivering services such as: quantitative and qualitative market research, multicultural market insight development, campaign planning, open innovation design, branding, messaging, and analytics-driven reporting. This role requires a person who can learn about complex topics quickly. Day to Day you’ll support a variety of projects in healthcare, finance, education, and national security.

The ideal candidate has:

Experience working with an agency, start-up, or consulting firm

Exceptional writing and critical thinking ability. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Word.

Data fluency and analytical aptitude. Must be comfortable with Excel and an understanding of standard statistical/analytical techniques.

Quick learning and retention abilities

A creative, flexible, and curious spirit

Strong communications skills. Must be comfortable presenting in Powerpoint/Keynote.

An interest in learning about the evolving digital media landscape and how it relates to marketing and advertising.

Senior or recent graduate in a Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Economics, or Management field

Passionate about behavior-change marketing, cultural insights, and innovation challenges as well as the power of media and mass communication.

This is a paid internship.
