is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is looking to work in a progressive, dynamic environment that is pushing the boundaries of ambulatory care and writing the script for an expanded intergrated continuum of care environment for cancer patients. We are hiring nurses to expand the hours for our Urgent Care Center to support our patients outside of the emergency room or inpatient environment. Oncology competency-based education and training will be provided for the non-oncology nurse.The Ambulatory Oncology Evaluation and Treatment Center (OETC) is designed to treat and support cancer patients experiencing acute symptoms and toxicities related to their treatment and keep them out of the Emergency Department and hospital. As part of safely managing our patients, during the peak of the pandemic, we quickly renovated space and stood up a second Urgent Care BIO Clinic (negative pressure) for testing and treating COVID positive oncology patients for urgent care needs or to continue their planned chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions. The combined urgent care clinics doubles the available treatment for our patients. The area has been newly renovated for expansion with one contiguous space to include two negative pressure rooms, two procedure rooms and a total of 14 treatment bays. Qualifications:Associate degree from Accredited Nursing ProgramApplicants with an Associate's degree
