ABOUT FRESH KITCHEN:
Fresh Kitchen invites guests to build their own chef-inspired bowls as fast as they can point. Made from scratch and fresh-to-order, guests are presented with seasonal ingredients including fresh greens, quinoa, sweet potato noodles, perfectly seasoned rices, roasted veggies, hormone and antibiotic-free grilled meats, responsibly sourced seafood options, home-made sauces and flavorful add-ons. The entire menu is 100 percent gluten-free with options available to suite a variety of lifestyles (vegan, paleo, keto); and all food is prepared using 100% olive oil. Fresh Kitchen opened their first location to overwhelming success in Tampa, Florida's SoHo district in 2014, and currently has 8 locations (and growing) throughout the state of Florida.
ABOUT THE JOB
SHIFT LEADERS
are our future Fresh Kitchen Leaders. In this role, the Shift Leader is developmental role that's responsible for overseeing and ensuring a high energy, fun, and seamless shift for both team members and guests. The fundamentals of the role include focusing on food quality, guest experience, team support/ accountability, and overall shift success.
THE BASICSMust be an ambassador of our mission and core valuesLeads and inspires exceptional hospitalityResponsible for helping ensure front line is stocked with proper levels of food, that's made to our standardsDevelop and master knowledge of all menu items and FOH stations (Line and Cash)Ensure team maintains a clean/ sanitary and safe working environment throughout the shiftFollowing essential operational policies and procedures, and helping ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and employment lawsParticipate in coaching and training hourly team members throughout the shiftEnsuring all guests have an awesome guest experience (including assistance in handling any guest complaints)Responsible for helping ensure front line is stocked with proper levels of food, that's made to our standardsMaintaining the flow of the shift by constantly monitoring dining room, service line, and cash registers, and jumping in to help when neededFRESHER THAN YOUR AVERAGE JOB

The Fresh Kitchen brand is part of Ciccio Restaurant Group. Ciccio Restaurant Group (CRG) was founded more than 25 years ago in New York City.
