Bilingual Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish. This role involves supporting attorneys in all aspects of personal injury cases, from client intake to trial preparation, while ensuring seamless communication with our diverse clientele. Bilingual Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:3+ Years experience as a paralegalExperience in personal injury a plus but not requiredOrganized exhibits, documents, evidence, briefsAssist attorneys with interrogatories and discovery requestsLiases between trial team and third parties, medical providersCommunicate with retained expertsSubpoena medical, billing and radiology records, employment recordsSummarize writeen discovery and document productionsInterpretation for Spanish speaking clientsBilingual Litigation Paralegal Requirements:

Must be competent and proficient in Word, Outlook, One Drive, MagellanAbility to handle multiple databases of information and be comfortable organizing dataAbility to work independently and problem solveCommunicate with internal and external third partiesTrial preparation and trial support experience preferredKnowledge of motions,discovery, evidence, litigation documents, court rules and proceduresABA approved Paralegal Certificate or relevant certificationAbility to record billable timeFluent in SpanishBilingual Litigation Paralegal Benefits:
