Role Overview: As a Property Manager at Wander Rental, you will play a critical role in overseeing property management operations, managing tenant relations, ensuring legal compliance, and maintaining the financial health of properties. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and have strong communication skills to manage various aspects of the business effectively. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:



Property Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring high-quality tenant experiences and efficient maintenance management. •

Tenant Relations:

Communicate with tenants to address concerns, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships. •

Lease Negotiation:

Negotiate lease terms and rental contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. •

Compliance and Legal:

Stay up-to-date with California Tenant-Landlord laws, eviction procedures, and fair housing rules. Prepare and manage lease agreements and contracts. •

Vendor Coordination:

Negotiate contracts with maintenance vendors, landscapers, and other service providers, ensuring top-quality service at competitive rates. •

Financial Management:

Manage property budgets, oversee rent collection, and prepare regular financial statements for property owners, including income and expense reports. •

Risk Management:

Identify and address potential risks at properties and ensure proper insurance coverage. •

Market Knowledge:

Understand local market trends, including rental rates, vacancy rates, and zoning regulations specific to San Diego. Qualifications:

Qualifications:



Real Estate License:

A valid California real estate license is required. •

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or customer service. •

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •

Negotiation and Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve issues effectively. •

Organizational Skills:

Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple properties and projects simultaneously. • Technological Proficiency: Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Excel, Word, and online marketing tools.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of HOA management. • Familiarity with San Diego’s real estate market and local regulations. • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and financial management. Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
