You can do all this and more at UCLA Health.Reporting to the Pharmacy supervisor -- Ambulatory Pharmacy, you will perform various pharmacist functions pertaining to ambulatory pharmacy. Some of these functions include:Supporting the Pharmacy Supervisor in ensuring compliance to rules, policies and regulationsOverseeing support staffPerforming medication dispensing activities and clinical pharmacy program optimization to deliver outstanding patient careCultivating and modeling a collegial, professional, cooperative relationship with pharmacy staff, medical professionals, support, and administrative staffDemonstrating effective, innovative problem-solvingAdapting to the challenges of a rapidly changing health care environmentAdvancing a patient-centric focus to treat illness with integrity, innovation, and commitment

Schedule: varied shifts and hours, depending on department needs, including weekends and holidays

HourlySalary Range: $85.87 - $100.58 (Union represented, step based salary dependingon years of experience)Bargaining Unit: HX - UPTEQualifications

We're seeking a strong, independent clinical leader with current California Pharmacy licensure, a PharmD degree and:Strong communication, organizational, prioritizing, and follow-through skillsKnowledge of clinical, ambulatory, specialty, transitions of care and dispensing workflowsCSP or equivalent board certification preferredAdvanced Practice Pharmacist (APh) licensure is desirableBasic Life Support (BLS) certificate from the American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationCertification for Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery with Applied Practice
