Will be leading the crew & operations while on the project site. The representative is our ultimate work authority while on a customer site. This role requires dedication and a customer-first mentality. Our ideal candidate for a Field Supervisor is someone that has the ability to lead work based on a flexible schedule and analyze problems independently and efficiently.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead semi-complex equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs, and overhauls.

Function as the Crew Leader (4-6 team members) for semi-complex, temporary equipment installation on- or offshore.

Manage all project documentation for temporary equipment and lead customer and employee training on semi-complex products and services.

Perform and manage semi-complex maintenance on equipment, testing of equipment, and complete documentation and QA/QC of all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work.

Participate in and/or lead response to semi-complex service or systems calls leading assessment of semi-complex product/equipment performance based on field data and recommending modifications and/or improvements.

Will be responsible for successful project completion traveling Offshore & Internationally, with 24 Hours Call.

What You Bring

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

5 Years of industry oil and gas experience, (produced water and flowback is a plus).

Experience in 14 C, Safe Charts, and GOM standards and with I & E systems is preferred.

Experience in Managing or Leading Team and proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Knowledge/Experience in Water Filtration.
