Program Coordinator II

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As a Program Coordinator II in the Department of Medicine\'s Central Administration team, your primary focus will be supporting Research and Faculty Development within the department. Additionally, you will provide assistance for various projects across the Central Administration team and the department\'s ten divisions as needed. Primary Functions Collaborate on the development and implementation of Faculty Development program and Research program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, surveys, reports, and social media related to departmental programs Work with program leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program. Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines and program components for DOM Research Retreat, all research and faculty development committees and activities Coordinate and assist in the development of the program budget. Assist in recruitment and training of program staff. Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events. Conduct or coordinate training for program participants. Compile, analyze, and present departmental program data and project progress to key stakeholders. Collaborate with departmental program committees to identify areas for improvement and organize educational sessions on current resources and offerings related to faculty development and research topics. Oversee departmental program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with divisions and other departments across the institution.
