Responsibilities
The Home Health Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, RPT) is responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain and other medical conditions. Based on this assessment and evaluation, the Physical Therapist works to help determine a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.
Education and Experience
Education Requirements
Recent graduates who have applied for the registration exam may be considered for provisional
License Requirements
Must be currently licensed to practice physical therapy in the state of practice.Current CPR certificationMust have a current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
Skill Requirements
Membership or certification in national association (as applicable)Must be willing to accept management duties asThis position can be employed by the individual Agency or be a contracted
