Experis, a division of ManpowerGroup, has partnered with an independent insurance brokerage in New Jersey to hire a Controller to work at our client's Livingston, NJ office.The Controller will direct the financial operations of the company including reporting, planning, investing, and other financial matters.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Coordinates the company's financial planning and investment activities.Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.Oversees the preparation of monthly financial statements and revenue reportingEnsures that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, or finance, with a minimum of 10 years of experience; OR a relevant master's degree with five years of experience.CPA designation preferred.Excellent and highly accurate math and accounting skills.Compensation
$175K with competitive benefit package
