Position: Residential Assistant Program Manager
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM - 5 days / week, some variance to schedule should be expected
A Day in the Life:
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the Youth Support Specialists and ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents. You will provide guidance, support and leadership to the team to maintain a structured and therapeutic living environment.
Residential Assistant Program Manager Skills and Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of ageHigh School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a human service field preferredMinimum one year experience in a child-caring facility requiredExperience with recovery-based treatment plans and behaviorally oriented programs preferredValid driver's license and clear driving record requiredStrong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectivelyProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related softwareMust be available for on-call duties during emergencies, as well as have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays when necessaryWhat you'll receive as a valued member of Home of the Innocents:
