Opened in the Fall of 2020, Apopka Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 180-bed skilled nursing facility on the North side of Apopka. Our community is full of dedicated and compassionate caregivers, and we are looking for additional team members to work with our at-risk patient population.
Our community has an opportunity for a driven, passionate, and caring Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
The Speech Language Pathologist will:
Develop individual treatment programs for our members.Provide consultation to the nursing staff.Train therapy staff on treatments and procedures.What's in it for you?

Qualifications:
Must have a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university program and Certification of Clinical Competency, or in the process of C.C.C. post-graduate requirement.Must hold and maintain license to practice by the state where our facility is located (FL, IL or MO).One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility is desired.Ability to relate to and motivate patients for productivity.Able to cooperate with patients, families, peers, healthcare professionals, administrative personnel, and other staff.We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment.
