The Clinic-Based Clinician provides direct clinical services (evaluations, assessments, treatment, individual, family and group therapy) as the primary clinician to assigned clients, (primarily children and adolescents) as part of a multidisciplinary team in the provision of comprehensive mental health services.
Essential Duties
of Clinician - Clinic Based Bilingual
Key duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Develops and implements clinically appropriate treatment plans and all related documentation for client recordsProvides psychotherapy to clients (primarily children and adolescents) and their families using individual, group, family intervention as well as other agency approved evidenced-based treatment modalities, including off-site visitsPromotes integrated, person-centered careGenerates and monitor proper communication with internal and external stakeholders (i.e., schools, protective services, etc.) and maintains records of communicationsServes as on call clinician as scheduled during rotating basisMaintains knowledge of OMH regulations as they relate to clinical practiceSupports overall strategic plan of the organizationAbility to adhere to our organization's core values and commitmentsEssential Qualifications
of Clinician - Clinic Based Bilingual
Key qualifications include:
Licensed or license-eligible professional (LMSW, LMHC, LMFT)NYS- LMSW or LCSW preferred.Relevant clinical experience with children, adolescents and familiesKnowledge of and experience with multiple modalities and evidence-based InterventionsStrong computer skills, with knowledge of electronic health record systemsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to meet session productivity standardsAbility to access and utilize ADP app on smartphone or other device for access to agency programsPhysical/Travel Requirements

Must have ability to reach, walk, sit for long periods of time, climb stairs, bend, lift up to 20lbsAble to travel; Driver's license requiredThe employee must be able to meet these requirements with or without a reasonable accommodation.
