Job Description SummaryAs a Entitlements Manager working for Taylor Morrison you will be responsible for the managing a team who determines the utility of a Planned Acquisition, Entitlement of a property including obtaining zoning and governmental approvals, Oversee the completion, submittal and approval of construction plans and Oversee the Tax appeal process within the Division.

Due diligence including the physical and financial feasibility of a planned communityWalking the site with the ability to determine potential for special development situationsWalk the site with the ability to determine potential for special development situationsBe aware and knowledgeable in adjacent zoning classificationsReview existing and possible proposed zoning classifications, determine if existing stipulations existResearch and organize market data to determine the financial estimated results of a planned community and appropriate product to be used to maximize profitWork with consultants to prepare plans for submittalAttend public hearings and speak as requiredSolicit bids, coordinate and track responses from vendors to ensure best pricing and product deliveryYou are willing to perform other duties as assignedWhat you will need: (competencies, behaviors & attributes)

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or six to eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceWilling to travelFLSA Status: Exempt
Pay Range: $95,670-138,710
Will have responsibilities such as:
Office or non-manual work, which is directly related to management or general business operationsAct as a primary component of which involves the exercise of independent judgment and discretion about matters of significanceEssential Functions:
