Aerobodies is seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to support the XML Sleep Solutions contract with a government client. The successful candidate will assist in the coordination and implementation of training and program activities, working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government representatives. The Program Coordinator will also facilitate diverse training sessions, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of program goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the XML Sleep Solutions program, ensuring all deliverables and activities are carried out in accordance with contract requirements. Support program management with logistics, scheduling, reporting, and documentation. Present and facilitate a variety of training programs to diverse audiences, motivating and engaging participants to enhance learning outcomes. Communicate program updates and progress to stakeholders, maintaining clear, open lines of communication at all levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with the government client and key stakeholders to ensure collaboration and program success. Work autonomously while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced virtual environment, ensuring a high standard of work. Ensure all program deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted on time. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Leadership, Organizational Development, Talent Development, Adult Learning, Instructional Performance, Human Development, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered. Exemplary skills in presenting and facilitating a wide variety of training sessions for diverse audiences. Ability to motivate, communicate, and instruct others on facilitation methods and techniques. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders. Experience working independently in a fast-paced, complex virtual environment. Strong command of Microsoft Office, with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables. Additional Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to operate a motor vehicle. Willingness to travel up to 20% on average for work-related activities. Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience working with government contracts, military culture, or healthcare solutions is a plus.
