Develop and execute Beverage Programs and oversee and manage all Beverage operations, programs and processes for multiple divisional restaurants, and monitor and ensure the divisional restaurants and teams' complianceConduct comprehensive training including and quarterly testing to assess the teams' proficiency and retentionDevelop and maintain beer, liquor and wine vendor relations, working closely with Beverage Managers and SommeliersAnalyze all alcoholic beverage costs and sales by restaurant on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis to optimize sales and profitWork with Partner(s) to help achieve operational objectivesManage and maintain the overall conditions of restaurant bars and equipmentMaintain proficiency in job functions of all FOH operations management positions and/or provide active back-up support when business needs requirePartner with GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, schedule, supervise and develop Beverage ManagersModel and promote teamwork across all teamsUse tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesyWork a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as neededMove and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 50 poundsQualifications

2 years of management experience2 years of beverage director experience in a full-service restaurantSkilled in leading and developing teamsExperienced with inventory and BOH systems

Salary Range

USD $75,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
