Job Description
We are seeking an experienced trust officer for a client company to provide investment management and trust administration services to high-net-worth clientele. As a trust officer, you will be responsible for managing personal trust accounts and estates as well as developing customized solutions to assist clients in meeting their wealth management goals.
Responsibilities:Administer personal, estate, and charitable trust accountsAct as fiduciary to make and implement investment decisions per the terms of trustsPrepare detailed asset allocation recommendations and implement investment strategyAnalyze trusts and provide creative solutions to help minimize taxes and transfer costsCommunicate regularly with grantors, beneficiaries, attorneys, CPAs, and brokersEnsure compliance with all state and federal laws/regulations related to trust administrationRequirements:
5+ years of trust operations and investment portfolio management experienceCFP or CTFA designation preferredSeries 65 license requiredExcellent client service orientation and communication skillsStrong aptitude for analyzing complex trust structures and tax implicationsProficiency with financial planning and portfolio modeling software
As a trust officer, you will serve as a knowledgeable resource for high-net-worth clients in managing substantial, sophisticated investment portfolios and administering personalized trust solutions.
