has partnered with a growing company seeking an experienced professional to oversee the day-to-day management and administration of a diverse portfolio of trust accounts. This role involves direct interaction with clients, beneficiaries, and other professionals to provide exceptional fiduciary services. What You'll Be Doing Trust Administration Interpret and manage trust documents, trust accounting principles, and tax reporting activities. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic financial guidance. Process distribution requests promptly while adhering to internal compliance procedures. Act as a trusted advisor to beneficiaries, third-party administrators, and service professionals. Ensure proper execution of account reviews, tax filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed records and prepare presentations for internal committee review. Administer a complex book of personal trust accounts, which may include pooled or court-supervised trusts. What You Bring Communication & Client Interaction Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to engage effectively with clients, beneficiaries, legal representatives, and financial professionals. Technical & Analytical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust accounting software. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including secure communication protocols. Organization & Professionalism Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems as needed. Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3+ years of experience in trust administration, estate planning, or financial services. Bachelor's degree required. Ability to travel for client meetings and business development. Spanish language skills are a plus.
