Work Schedule:Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm, no weekends required. LPN :Join our team of dynamic sleep experts (nurses, psychiatrists, neurologists, pulmonologists and advanced practice providers) who care for adults and children with sleep disorders.Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered environment.Responsible for referrals, pre-visit management, patient messages regarding sleep study results, refills, and PAP therapy questions and adjustments.Assist with rooming patients and taking vitals.

Education:Minimum -High School Diploma or equivalentCertificate from accredited Practical Nurse Program

Work Experience:Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPNLicenses and Certifications:Minimum -Wisconsin Practical Nurse LicensureCPR/BLS certification
