Work Schedule :

Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday, 4 ten hour shifts between the hours of 7:00am - 6:00pm with a half hour lunch. No weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay :

UW Health offers a competitive compensation package. Work experience that is relevant to the position will be taken into consideration when determining the starting base pay. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking a

Licensed Practical Nurse

(LPN)

to:Join our team of Behavioral Health and Recovery specialists who provide assessment and treatment for patients and families with substance and behavioral concerns.Support ambulatory Esketamine (nasal) treatments in the clinic including medication preparation, monitoring and taking vitals under the supervision of RN and attending physician.Work on patient documentation/charting and my chart encounters.Support other clinical staff as needed.Promote healthy lifestyles, wellness, and education.At UW Health, you will have

Minimum -

High School Diploma or equivalentCertificate from accredited Practical Nurse ProgramWork Experience :

Preferred - One (1) year of experience as an LPN

Wisconsin Practical Nurse LicensureCPR/BLS certification
