Weekend Requirement: None
Contract Hours/Week: 40
Holiday Requirement: Per unit need
First-Time Traveler Accepted: Yes
Certifications Required- BLS, ACLS, PharmD, NJ State license, BCPS preferred
Patient Ratio: 54 med/surg/tele beds
10 ICU beds
8-12 medical/behavioral beds
ER
OR/same-day surgery
Radiology/Interventional Radiology
Attend interdisciplinary ICU rounds daily, Monday-Friday
Perform antibiotic stewardship activities house-wide
Provide support to med/surg as well (potentially attend rounds, answer clinical questions)
Work with pharmacy staff to answer any clinical questions
Patient Mix/Skillset: Adult inpatients
Peds can be treated in the ER; no inpatient peds
No L+D
Specific Equipment- Epic, Pyxis, and I-vents experience required. Pharmacy One Source experience preferred
Charting System: Epic
Scrub Color/Dress Code: Green
Experience required in ICU and Antibiotic stewardship
