JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: Under the supervision of the Manager, Program Management, the Program Manager key roles are responsible for overall customer management and satisfaction including quotations, delivery, quality, flexibility, and communication, and responsiveness. The person in this role will also be responsible for order management, customer agreements, revenue achievement, business issues resolution, and overall business development. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization. This position's specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Ensuring that performance on key business metrics achieves business (revenue growth, margin performance, cost management/PPV, inventory turns, AR management, etc.)Ensuring that performance on key customer satisfaction achieves customer objective (price performance, on-time delivery, quality, etc.)Coordination of customer priorities with factory priorities.Proactively providing feedback on opportunities for continuous improvement, based on having a solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.Interfacing with the customer at a high level and being able to successfully manage key revenue programs.Understanding i3 Electronics' offerings for vertical integration and directing customer appropriately towards additional or alternative i3 Electronics' products and services.High level computer skills are required, including extensive experience MS Excel.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to multi-task and adjust priorities quickly.CAPABILITIES/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
College degree in related field is preferred.3+ years of program management is required, and industry related experience is preferred.Contract manufacturing knowledge in electronic assembly or integration is preferred.PHYSICAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIRED:
Office Environment.Ability to stand and sit for long period of time.Ability to perform repetitive motion (keyboarding, 10-key, phones.)Ability to lift to 25 pounds.The employee will likely be placed in an office. The work environment characteristics are representative of those of an employee encounter while performing essential functions of the job in a typical office/workstation situation.Able to work sitting or standing at desk and operate a computer via standard input devices such as using a keyboard and reading information on a monitor.WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:
