Job Description
Manage the QA DepartmentSupervise quality, innovate, assess, and improve manufacturing methods in our process centersWork with teams to execute continuous improvement initiativesPerform root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasuresContribute valuable insights to new product development and ongoing production improvementsUphold company quality standards and oversee ISO 9001:2015 auditsPromote quality and lead initiativesOversee PPAP submissions and customer quality requirementsMonitor product manufacturing processes to ensure qualityCollaborate with the manufacturing team on product quality and process methodsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
