We have grown from a 5000 square foot 3 person job shop to a 124,000 square foot value added focused business partner. However, the personal touch that puts our customers first, still remains. By understanding the requirements of our customers from design through running quick turn prototypes, we provide value with every product. Whether running low, medium, or large production volumes your product is delivered with quality and pride. As part of our culture, our staff continually reviews designs and manufacturing processes to exceed our customer's expectations. These reviews generally result in a better design for ease of fabrication, higher quality material, finishes and improved functionality for our customers.
Job DescriptionOversee QA DepartmentOversee quality, develop, evaluate, and enhance manufacturing methods in our process centersCollaborate with teams to implement continuous improvement initiativesConduct root cause analysis and implement effective countermeasuresProvide valuable input on new product development efforts and improvements of on-going productionMaintain company quality standards / ISO 9001:2015 AuditsPromote quality and drive initiativesOversee PPAP submittals and customer quality expectationsMonitor the product manufacturing processes to ensure qualityEngage in product quality and process methods with manufacturing teamPlan and determine course of action for departmentMonitor and evaluate quality personnel activitiesCoordinate activities and resources for the departmentQualifications
BS Degree in Engineering desired but experience can overrideExcellent analytical and data reporting skillsKnowledge of GD&T and excellence in blueprint readingExperience in Lean and continuous improvement principlesExcellent communication, presentation and organizational3-5 years supervisory experienceAdditional Information
Salary Range:
$95 - 105K
