Our client is a leading name in the SaaS space seeking a Director of FP&A who will have a direct influence on the financial health, growth, and strategic decision-making while reporting to the CFO. This position will work closely with a team of talented professionals in a collaborative and innovative culture. The Director of FP&A will be exposed to the latest technologies, tools, and strategies in a fast-paced environment. This position is hybrid with a 1 or 2-day in-office-a-week schedule and has a bonus in addition to base pay.
Responsibilities of the Director of FP&ALead the FP&A department to develop, implement, and manage the company's financial strategies and policies to ensure long-term financial stability and growth in the SaaS sector.Mentor and foster a high-performance culture while engaging with stakeholders and executive leadership.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insight to guide decisions.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify areas of improvement, cost optimization, revenue growth, and the lifetime value of SaaS customers.Forecasting and modeling.Assist CFO for ad-hoc projects.Evaluate and monitor the financial performance of products and subscription models.Drive continuous improvement in FP&A and reporting.Preferred qualifications of the Director of FP&ABachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or related fieldExperience working in SaaS companyProven experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting with recurring revenue streamsMRR,ARR, Churn Rate, CAC analytical skillsProficiency in Excel and Power BI (+)PE industry experience (+)#CFSSEP2023#LI-JO2Keywords: Director of FP&A, financial modeling, SaaS, Financial planning and analysis
