Job Summary
The Project Controls Manager is responsible for assisting their assigned Project Manager in the planning, cost control, management direction, project completion, client satisfaction, and financial success of assigned projects.

Earned Value Management and Analysis
Project Schedule Management and Analysis
Weekly Project Coordination Meetings
Meeting Minutes and Documentation
Generation of Monthly Project Status Reports (PSR)
Job Cost Reports Analysis and Management
Verifying Subcontractor Applications for Payment
Processing Subcontractor Back-charges
Contract Administration
Warranty Review & Procurement
Risk Register Cost Analysis
Change Management (PCO/PCCO)
Prepare and Negotiate Prime Contract Payment Applications (as needed)
Formal Documentation (Internally) of Notices to Owners and Notices to Subcontractors
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management and/or related field with 5+ years’ work experience within the engineering / construction industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast pace environment
Superior communication skills (oral and written)
Highly organized and structured
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and procedures
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with and manage cross-functional teams
Superior skills with Microsoft Office and Procore Project Management systems
Project Scheduling Experience with Primavera P6 (preferred)
Document Control Experience
Ability to travel and/or relocate
In addition to the above listed minimum requirements, candidates who possesses the following skills, experience, and capabilities may receive greater consideration during the evaluation process:
Experience in projects greater than $50 million
Experience with Sage 300CRE and Procore
Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
