Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow all safety rules/guidelines/policies established Leadec and our customer.Assist in preparation of detailed work packages and job plans that include equipment, parts, materials, documentation, and special tools and for the delivery of these parts and services.Supports the Maintenance Manager in maintaining an appropriate backlog of effectively planned work ready for scheduling when maintenance resources are available.Maintains established metrics of performance to ensure the maintenance function continues to improve.Assist with parts inventory, materials, special tools, and personnel requirements for the department.Assist with the planning activities for all maintenance work orders in CMMS.Assist the maintenance manager with maintaining estimate for craft hours, labor, and material costs for each work order.Routinely meets with the Maintenance Manager and Operations Leadership to ensure work order priorities are established and the appropriate work packages completed and available.Competencies:

CMMS systems skills (SAP preferred).Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Proper email etiquette.Physical Requirements:
