The Walnut Creek, CA office is seeking a paralegal with legal experience working for the Medical Healthcare Group. The primary duties of this position include working for a minimum of four (4) attorneys, calendaring, document management including but not limited to review, creation, and organization. A certificate may be required based on region, state, or client requirementsAt least three (3) years working for the Medical Healthcare GroupNursing or medical background, preferredExperience with medical record summaries and deposition summariesExperience with billing requiredKnowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)Strong Excel skills requiredStrong organizational, written & verbal communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilitiesAbility to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hoursThis position has an annual billable requirement of 1,600 hoursLewis Brisbois is not accepting search firm submissions for this position.Qualifications:#LI-HYBRID#LI-RH1Minimum Salary:USD $85,000.00/Yr.
