Controller
Hybrid in Dallas (140K-$150K)
LHH Recruitment is seeking an experienced Controller for our client in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least three years in a manufacturing environment. Experience overseeing all accounting operations, inventory, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP, and supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets
Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for audits and filings
Support process improvement initiatives and leverage technology for efficiencies
Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
10+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in the manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Pay Details:
$140,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
