Job Title: Director - Integration and Special ProjectsDepartment: Operations - Integration Strategy and Ops
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Integration and Special Projects to join our team. The Director - Integration and Special Projects will play a key role in Astrana's growth strategy and be instrumental in leading our M&A integration and implementation efforts as well as being a critical stakeholder by actively supporting other operational initiatives and projects. They will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing a wide range of initiatives that align with our strategic goals and objectives. This is a leadership position that requires exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful project outcomes and possess the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
What you'll do:Develop and lead the organization's integration and special projects strategy in alignment with company objectives.Plan and execute projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and meeting quality standards.Identify and evaluate project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with stakeholders.Develop, monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.Manage project budgets, develop ROI, Pro-forma, resources, and timelines, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.Develop and implement project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.Get involved early in the diligence and pre-close processes and determine integration needs and engage with opsPartner with CFO/COO, GVP and other leadership to execute strategic and operational initiatives that will drive towards key business objectives and long-range plans. Be conscious and supportive of the high visibility jobHire, mentor, and develop a high performing team of motivated individuals to help with growth and other integration and operations activities for project successRobust communication with stakeholders at all levels. Develop clear presentations to be able to share key information on these initiatives. Presentations will be for both executives and other audiences.Manage any special and/or ad-hoc projects related to corporate development, operations and/or another strategic initiativeKey Deliverables and Performance Goals:
Positive impact to Astrana Health team and client experience with implementation projects measured indirectly and directly via team-member engagement, post-integration surveys, and 360-degree team feedbackContinual improvement on Integration toolkits, systems, and processes measured directly by iteration of specific tools (project plans, RAID log, Process flows, other useful templates), processes (meetings, minutes, feedback gathering), and systems (knowledge management, project planning, communication)Contribution to positive work environment and culture at Astrana Health measured by Integration team-member engagement, productivity, and growthQualifications:
Master's degree in business, healthcare, public health or related field.PMP certification is desired but not required.10+ years' experience in project management, Healthcare operations, MSO Operations or related fields leading large scale M&A projects. RKK experience preferred.Ability to independently lead and coordinate multiple projects, with clear communication.Proven leadership skills to guide and motivate teams.Successful track record in complex environments.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities focused on results and improvement.Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Strong business acumen and project management knowledge.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Project Management ToolsWho We Are:

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both in the office and at home on a weekly basis. The office is located at 1600 Corporate Center Drive Monterey Park, CA 91754The target pay range for this role is between $150,000 - $170,000. This salary expectation represents our national target range for this role.
