Job Description

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

PRACTICE SPECIFICS

Essentia Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join the team at our Moorhead, MN clinic

Work week would consist of 4.5-5 days, between the hours of 8am-5pm, 36 patient contact hours

Anticipated volume of office patients per day: 15-23

100% Clinic Practice

Call Requirements –approximately 1:8 weeks, by phone

Team orientated, progressive and collegial atmosphere

Physicians desiring OB practice, inpatient service and/or office procedures welcomed

The Essentia Primary Care Physician works as a leader of a Care Team. Utilizing Essentia Care Processes, the physician works collaboratively with other health care team members to achieve patient care objectives and to provide continuity of care for patients and families.

REQUIREMENTS

BC/BE in Family Medicine

LOCATION

Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota

3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul

Fargo-Moorhead population: 250,000

Regional Service area consists of 30 clinics & 5 hospitals
