Job Purpose:Performs a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
Nature of Duties/ Responsibilities:- Must have at least 2-4 years of experience and knowledge of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.- Is responsible for assembly, and quality control of mechanical components and systems.- Role involves working from detailed engineering instructions, drawings, and specifications to ensure the accurate assembly of mechanical parts and equipment.- Must be able to use hand tools & power tools to assemble units.- Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, results, ensuring proper documentation of work.- Track and maintain parts, tools, and equipment inventory, ensuring materials are stocked for continuous production.- Adhere to company safety protocols and maintain a clear and organized workplace.- Knowledge of ISO standards or other industry certifications is a PLUS.
Education and Experience
:
-Previous experience in mechanical assembly or a related field preferred.- Manual dexterity skills (proficiency with hand and power tools).- Basis understanding of mechanical systems and components.- Problem solving skills and must be a team player.- Ability to communicate and follow the manufacturing process Instruction in English.- Previous knowledge (one + year) of electronic sub assemblies & system integration.- Be able to lift up to 20-45 pounds.- Be able to work during weekends & flexibility time if needed.

Salary Range(annual): $45,760 - $49,920 ($22 - $24 / hourly)
