Boutique Houston plaintiff's personal injury firm with satellite offices throughout Texas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is fluent in Spanish to join its dynamic legal team. As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing the firm's clients in personal injury cases and ensuring their rights and interests are protected. You will work closely with clients, negotiate settlements, and advocate on their behalf in court when necessary. Ideal candidates will be dedicated and have a passion for advocating for clients. This position is onsite at their Houston, TX office location.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury cases.Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, assess liability, and determine damages.Communicate with clients to explain legal options, potential outcomes, and keep them informed throughout the case.Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings.Engage in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements.Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all legal deadlines.Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and build strong cases.Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to personal injury.Must be able to participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings as needed.Qualifications:

MUST have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the area of plaintiff personal injury law;Must have first chaired at least one trial;Must speak Spanish;MUST be a good standing member of the Texas bar.Must have knowledge and expertise in all phases of litigation from pleadings through trial.Must have knowledge and experience taking and defending depositions.Must have strong and persuasive oral advocacy as well as excellent writing skills.Must be skilled in evaluating cases.Must have strong communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.Ability to oversee support staff and younger associatesBenefits:
