Excellent people leadership and guest service skills requiredAbility to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively with guests, team members and Above Restaurant LeadersAbility to resolves issues in compliance with Krystal standardsMust be at least 18 years oldAvailable to work all shifts, weekends and holidaysEducation and Experience
Restaurant experience is requiredPhysical Demands
Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds of force frequently to move objectsAbility to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous items weighing no more than 70 poundsConsistently handles product preparationAbility to kneel and follow proper lifting proceduresConsistently lifts for product preparation, stocking and inventory
