We are currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our dynamic team at Garber Chevrolet Highland. In this role, you will be a key member of our Financial Services department, focused on serving Spanish-speaking customers.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in automotive finance and insurance, exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Help customers arrange the financing of their purchasesPresent additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experienceAccurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close dealsEnsure all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelinesPrepare paperwork, contracts and delivers dealsAccurately audit team deals post-saleEnsures the expeditious funding of all contractsStrictly adheres to and enforces company policies, processes, procedures, and core valuesMaintain proficiency and certifications as required for the positionQUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a large volume dealership settingPrevious dealership Finance / F&I experience is requiredMust be AFIP certified and be fully proficient with title laws and registration processKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresStrong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunitiesAbility to perform basic math calculations for pricing, financing, and trade-in evaluationsExcellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skillsProfessional personal appearanceMust be willing to submit to a background check & drug screen
