ABOUT THE ROLE
As the After School and Summer Camp Coordinator, you will plan and implement after school enrichment classes, before and afterschool programs, and coordinate the summer camp. The After School and Summer Camp Coordinator also helps attract prospective families through the summer camp, and nurtures the community of enrolled families in our before-care and after school programs.

As the After School and Summer Camp Coordinator you will get to:
Develop, implement, coordinate and supervise exciting, after-school and summer camp programmingMaintain frequent communication with teachers and parents and provide on-site support for staffTrack attendance, feedback, retention and inquiry recordsCollaborate with marketing and admissions staff to publicize program offeringsMaintain strict health and safety protocolsOrder and purchase materials related to all enrichment/summer camp activities/initiativesImplement feedback mechanisms for staff, parents and students regarding curriculum and instructionProvide on-site supervision of teachers and studentsProvide frequent communication to families leading up to the start of programming and throughout outlining registration details, any changes to programming, updates, newsletters, etc.Use registration and student management systems (i.e. Veracross and Magnus)Communicate regularly with the Head of School, Academic Coordinators, and the Operations CoordinatorMaintains records of all participants and activities including attendance, feedback, retention, interest in or action related to admissionsGenerate new leads and secure new familiesSupport marketing endeavors and providing content when neededCollaborate with marketing staff to ensure that enrichment/summer camp/partnership programs are well-publicized well in advance.BENEFITS

Bachelors or Masters Degree and/or equivalent field experience3+ years of teaching experience, working with children, and/or managing children's programming3+ years of working closely with familiesFull professional fluency in EnglishFully vaccinated and up-to-date on all Covid-19 vaccinations for which you are eligibleAuthorized to work now and in the future in the U.S.Fluency in Mandarin Chinese a plus
