Protestant Program Coordinator. Location : EIELSON AIR FORCE BASE, ALASKA. Job Type:
Parttime.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of experience in Protestant religious education leadership, ideally in a church or military chapel, or two years as a volunteer in Protestant Christian education. Be certified (or willing to complete certification, at coordinator's expense, within 90 days of beginning contract). Knowledge of Protestant faith doctrines and worship practices. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office for administrative tasks. Basic skills in planning, developing, and managing a budget.
Duties:
Oversee, develop and sustain Protestant religious education programs at Eielson AFB. Coordinate with LPC and chapel volunteers for community and education programs. Maintain active participation in Protestant worship and formation. Provide training, Propose and implement advertisements for Protestant programs and events. Maintain and submit records, including quarterly reports, attendance data, and after-action reports. Prepares weekly worship service bulletins and religious formation announcements.
